These rider fitness classes are a full body fitness class and will focus on improving our cardiovascular fitness, upper and lower body strength, balance and core! All important to improve our overall fitness and function in the saddle. All exercises are demonstrated and related to how they help us as horse riders. This class is great fun and designed for all abilities, whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or done a workout in your life to full on fitness freaks all exercises can be adapted to suit you. So why not come along and give it a try!
As Riders we spend a lot of time and money exercising, training and caring for our horses - and our horses usually get the best treatments and are kept in tip-top condition. However in order to be the best combination possible, and to work successfully as a team, both you, the rider, and your horse need to be in peak physical condition.
